Answer one question and we'll point you to the right space.

The regulatory question is simple. The evidence is scattered.

Classification, roles, obligations, documentation, vendor risk. These questions can end up spread across different documents and different owners. Venactis brings them into structured frameworks you can work through and review.

AI governance across regulated environments

Obligations depend on the system, its use case and your role in the AI value chain.

HR Tech

AI used in recruitment, screening and workforce decisions can raise different questions depending on the system and how it is used. Structure the assessment before documentation becomes urgent.

InsurTech

AI in pricing, underwriting and claims can raise different governance questions depending on the system, use case and role. Get the classification and documentation trail in order early.

LegalTech

AI-assisted contract review, research and case tools can carry transparency and human-oversight considerations. Build the evidence layer clients may ask about.

Pharma & Life Sciences

AI used in research, manufacturing, safety and regulatory workflows may raise questions under both the EU AI Act and sector rules such as GxP, computerised-system validation and supplier qualification. Structure the AI assessment alongside those processes.

What is at stake

The EU AI Act provides for administrative fines of up to €35 million or, for undertakings, up to 7% of total worldwide annual turnover for the preceding financial year, whichever is higher, for non-compliance with the prohibition of certain AI practices under Article 5.

Other operator obligations covered by Article 99(4) carry lower maximums: up to €15 million or 3% of worldwide annual turnover, whichever is higher. For SMEs and start-ups, the lower of the two amounts applies.

Maximums, not predictions. Source: Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, Article 99(3), (4) and (6).

Illustrative scenario — not a client case A SaaS company plans to add a third-party AI model to its customer support tool. It needs to work out its role, which requirements may apply and what documentation to keep.

Framework path: identify → classify → map → document.

Designed for use in your own environment

Venactis provides downloadable Excel and PowerPoint frameworks for structured AI governance assessment. No Venactis-hosted platform is required to use the files. The frameworks support internal assessment and documentation workflows; they do not replace an organisation's own quality, regulatory, validation or legal processes, and are not legal or regulatory advice.
